Who handles your information
Daley McCoy, trading as Managed by Daley, handles the personal information provided through this website and by email. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@managedbydaley.uk.
What we collect
When you make an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, message and any optional business name, website or social profile, service preference and budget you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Why we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss the support you need and prepare a proposal. Where you ask us to take steps towards a service agreement, we process the necessary details on that basis. For other business enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, taking their rights and expectations into account.
Required form fields help us understand your enquiry and reply. You can contact us by email instead. We do not automatically add enquiry contacts to a marketing mailing list, and we do not use the enquiry form to make automated decisions about you.
Services that handle your information
The contact form sends your details to FormSubmit, which forwards enquiries to our email inbox. Our email provider, IONOS, and the website hosting provider also process information needed to operate these services, including technical access and delivery records. See FormSubmit’s privacy information for its service policies.
We may disclose information where required by law. We do not sell enquiry details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence while it is needed to answer your question or discuss a potential project. Once those purposes end, we assess whether it is still needed for a service agreement, record-keeping duties or a legal dispute, and delete information that is no longer necessary.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, restrict how it is used, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or ask for a portable copy. Contact us using the email address above.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.
Cookies and technical information
This website’s own pages do not include analytics, advertising trackers or embedded social media widgets. When you submit the contact form, you visit FormSubmit, which may use cookies and security checks under its own policies. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and access logs to deliver and protect the website.
Changes
We will update this notice when our services or use of personal information changes.
